Kern Community Foundation is hiring a Finance Manager to join our team. KCF exists to grow community and grow philanthropy across Kern County — and this role plays a key part in keeping our financial operations strong, accurate, and ready to support that mission.

Core Responsibilities

The Finance Manager supports day-to-day financial operations, works closely with our outsourced accounting team, and helps steward the financial systems that make our grantmaking and community work possible. This is a great opportunity to join a foundation in an active growth period and help shape financial processes as we build out our infrastructure.
