Take advantage of our weekly e-newsletter and trend alerts, in addition to resources such as the gift planning deduction calculator. Your clients can use the site to learn how to give, what they’re able to give, read donors’ stories, and even use our free Online Wills Planner, giving you online access to view or update their plan. .

Free Trust Illustrations

We are glad to run the numbers for you if a client is interested in a charitable trust. Many clients seek giving opportunities that provide capital gains savings, an income tax deduction and a lifetime income for the donor, donor’s spouse or another individual. We can provide tax deductions that are available to your clients as well as illustrations, a description of the gift plan and annual cash flow projections.

The Estate Planning Council of Bakersfield (EPCB), incorporated in 1958, is a local, interdisciplinary organization that provides educational programs and networking opportunities to professionals in order to enhance their skills and expand their estate planning network in the community.

The Council’s members, representing a broad range of disciplines (attorneys, certified financial planners, certified public accountants, chartered financial consultants, chartered life underwriters, trust officers), benefit from getting to know and respect one another through an increased awareness and understanding of the views, concerns and valuable interactions of their overlapping specialties.
