Oct 15, 2018 @ 10:00 am - 12:00 pm
The State of California is providing $2,603,226.14 in one-time funding under the Homeless Emergency Aid Program (HEAP) and $1,196,992 in California Emergency Solutions and Housing (CESH) Program funding to the Kern County Homeless Collaborative (KCHC) to address homelessness in Kern County.
