Light Up A Life 2020 (Virtual Event)

Over the past 25 years, Homann Hospice has marked the holiday season with our annual Light Up A Life ceremony. Light Up A Life is an opportunity to celebrate the memory of a loved one or honor someone that makes life a bit brighter. Out of an abundance of caution and respect for the safety of the families that usually attend Light Up A Life, this year’s celebration will be a virtual event. Although we will not gather in person, we will still honor those we hold close to our hearts and remember the beautiful ways they have enriched our lives. Make a dedication to remember a special loved one or honor someone that has brought light to your life this year.
Dedications start at just $10 and include a symbolic light on the hospice which will be lit throughout the holiday season, and your loved one’s name will be added to our 2020 Light Up A Life List of Names. For every Ornament or Angel dedication a 2020 commemorative ornament will be mailed to the donor for their tree at home. Every name recognized with a dedication will be read on December 1st, 2020 during our YouTube LIVE reading ceremony and be printed in The Bakersfield Californian on Sunday, December 20th, 2020.
Together we will light the Hoffmann Hospice Home for the first time during the holidays and bring hope to our community this holiday season.
Dedications can be made until Sunday, November 29th at 11:00PM.
