Growing Up, What’s Next? Transition Conference

Growing Up, What’s Next (on-line conference/webinar) is hosted by H.E.A.R.T.S. Connection. Sue Sawyer, President of the California Transition Alliance will walk attendees through the steps for students with disabilities and their families to take for a smooth transition into the world of secondary education or employment. The event is open to everyone and we strongly encourage parents, guardians, teachers, administrators, counselors, service providers, agency owners and staff, as well as all advocates for people with disabilities to attend.
Transition planning should start in elementary school, so parents with students of all ages will receive needed information from this webinar.
This webinar is free of charge. Registration is available for Sept. 25 at 10:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. It is also available on Sept. 26 at 2:00 p.m.
