All proceeds will support the Charmed & Chosen Empowerment Center STEM Lab\, a program that helps youth explore science\, technology\, engineering\, and math through hands-on learning. \nBreakfast is available for a $20 donation. A la carte items such as eggs\, bacon\, sausage\, or ham may be added for an extra charge. Tickets can be purchased or donations made through Zelle at Charmed.chosen2020@gmail.com. The Wrestling Factory of Kern hosts the workshop and offers guidance from supportive coaches. \nThe workshop runs from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM. First\, coaches teach wrestling fundamentals in a clear\, step-by-step format. Girls practice takedown techniques and learn how to move with control and balance. Next\, participants take a short break before beginning the service project. \nAfter the break\, the group creates bracelets for Memorial Hospital’s Pediatric Wing. They also prepare teddy bear donations. This activity shows girls how they can support their community while learning teamwork and leadership. \nGirls in Kern County benefit from safe spaces that encourage growth and confidence. This workshop gives them a chance to learn a new sport\, meet other girls\, and take part in a meaningful project. Hosted by The Wrestling Factory of Kern\, this workshop offers hands-on wrestling training\, friendly competition\, and a meaningful service project that benefits the community. \nThe workshop runs from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM on Saturday\, November 22. It begins with a review of the fundamental wrestling skills taught in earlier sessions. Coaches guide participants through clear\, easy-to-follow drills. As a result\, girls gain confidence in their movements and technique. \nNext\, from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM\, participants take part in a Mini Takedown Tournament. The tournament focuses on growth instead of pressure. Girls apply what they learned in a supportive and encouraging environment. After the tournament\, everyone takes a short break. \nFinally\, the workshop ends with a community service project. Girls create bracelets and prepare teddy bear donations for Memorial Hospital’s Pediatric Wing. This activity teaches kindness\, teamwork\, and leadership. It also helps girls see how they can make a positive impact in Kern County. \nGirls in Kern County benefit from programs that promote empowerment and healthy development. This workshop gives them space to try wrestling\, build friendships\, and challenge themselves. Additionally\, the combination of athletics and service helps girls grow both physically and emotionally.
