DESCRIPTION:Still Water Meditation\nFirst gathering begins September 1st! \nWe have a handful of facilitators lined up to provide this beautiful space for calm and stillness. Our first Silent Sit will be lead by Leslie Weber. Join us for this free offering. In partnership with Neighbor-to-Neighbor. \nArrive up to 30min early to settle in and get to know your facilitator and fellow meditators. This is a “silent sit” which is geared toward the more seasoned mediator. Beginners are welcome but encouraged to attend our guided meditation practice Thursdays at noon. \nOne hour is allotted for this session but you are free to leave at any point that suits you. And your facilitator may or may not use the whole hour depending on the group energy for that day. We will always save sometime at the end for refreshments and connection. \nWe have a wonderful group of about 6 facilitators that will be rotating through this time slot. We hope you get to know them all! \n \n
